About the role:

Our Post Office Managers are the pillars that keep our branches thriving. They are renowned for putting customers first and inspiring their team to deliver a memorable shopping experience. 
Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist Manager would include:
• Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
• Providing excellent leadership to create a high-performance culture 
• Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement  
• Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

*Please note, successful candidates will be subject to a P250 (Credit Check)

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within management, preferably in a retail or sales setting 
• Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
• Sound commercial and business acumen
• A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members 
• The ability to multitask, be self-assured and organised
