Send and Inclusion Manager

About the role:

As SEND & Inclusion Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Excellence Team, Operational Teams, Learning & Development, and Regulatory colleagues to ensure exceptional outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Little Pioneers nursery group. 

You will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation's SEND strategy, overseeing the SEND Support Team and SENDCo network, and ensuring that all nurseries provide inclusive, high-quality care and education that enables every child to thrive. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and support the development of a culture where inclusion is embedded in everyday practice. 

The SEND Manager will act as the organisation's subject matter expert for SEND, influencing strategic direction, developing robust operational frameworks, and building strong partnerships with families, Local Authorities, and external professionals.

Who are we looking for?

Essential Qualifications
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in SEND/Early Years Field
• Full UK Driving Licence 

Desired Qualifications
• Degree or significant professional standing within a SEND & Inclusion background 
• Certificate in Education and Training
