About the role:
Your Coop are looking for a Commercial Partnership Manager to join our society. As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you will: • Ensure Midcounties has a comprehensive and aligned commercial partnership strategy that supports the overall Food Group objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Property, IT) to ensure the total store offering delivers maximum commercial value
• Lead all new and existing commercial strategic partnerships across the Food Group, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, communication, implementation, and compliance
• Work with the Food senior operations team to drive operational compliance and maximise commercial value
• Act as the strategic point of contact for external partners and third-party commercial entities, representing Midcounties externally and managing sensitive communications
• Identify and evaluate appropriate partners for designated space within food stores that align with strategic goals and add customer value
• Maintain accountability for contract agreements and ensure performance delivery from all commercial partners

• Set and review challenging goals for team members, ensuring performance is managed and documented effectively
• Promote and improve the member experience across all customer interaction points
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within your area of responsibility
• Support and lead community engagement activities in line with the Society’s regional community strategy
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and high personal standards in all activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality around all trading and sensitive information
