Your Coop are looking for a Colleague Development Administrator to join our society. We’re a unique multi-sector group operating in Food, Early Years, Travel, Post Office and Utilities, meaning you will get a breadth of experience in a collaborative and fast-moving organisation. As a Colleague Development Administrator, you will: • Be learning system SME, responsible for accurately managing and maintaining our learning platforms and databases.
• Ensure all system data is accurate and up to date, keeping colleague data safe and GDPR compliant.
• Proactively stay up to date with system developments and identify system improvements.
• Communicate learner instructions clearly and effectively to help learners understand what is required.
• Multi-task and manage workload to meet SLA’s and deadlines.
• Provide accurate reports and data to key stakeholders.
• Manage all end to end logistics for trainer led courses.
• Engage with learners to collate and escalate initial evaluation of learning,
• Work effectively with Learning and Development colleagues to ensure a team-working culture and a solutions and continuous improvement mindset.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will need: • Have strong attention to detail, planning, organisational and IT skills • Strong administration skills • Understand good learning practice and design methodology
• Be customer and solution focused Desired start date: Monday 12th January 2026.
